The Partridge Run Condominium Owners’ Association was formed in 1989 under the provisions of the "Condominium Ownership Act" of the State of Vermont as set forth in Chapter 15 of Title 27 of the Vermont State Statutes. The association was established as a not for profit corporation for the administration and government of condominium property as provided by the declaration of bylaws.

Membership is limited to owners and all homes / units automatically become members of the association. All present or future owners or tenants, or any other person who might use the facilities of the condominium property in any manner are subject to the covenants, provisions or regulations contained in the association’s declaration of bylaws. The acquisition, rental, or occupancy of any of the homes or units located within Partridge Run condominium property constitutes acceptance and ratification of the association’s bylaws.
